Rules That Govern a Casinok Account and Its Transactions

These Terms form the contract between the account holder and Ryker B.V., registration number 154186, concerning use of Casinok casino and sportsbook services. By registering, depositing, placing a wager or accepting a promotion, you agree to these Terms and the rules displayed for the relevant product.

1. Eligibility and a single personal account

You must meet the legal gambling age that applies to you, act for yourself, provide accurate information and use funds you are authorised to control. One account per person is permitted. Creating linked, duplicate or third-party accounts can result in investigation, reward cancellation and account closure. You are responsible for checking that your use complies with local law.

2. Account security and instructions

Keep credentials private and protect the email and device connected to the account. Activity completed after valid authentication is treated as account activity unless an investigation establishes compromise. Notify support immediately after an unfamiliar login, payment or profile change. Casinok support will not request a password, card security code, private key or wallet seed phrase.

3. Identity, affordability and source-of-funds checks

We may verify identity, age, address, payment ownership, source of funds and source of wealth before or after a transaction. Requested documents must be authentic, current, legible and complete. A withdrawal can remain pending while required checks are performed. Refusal or falsification can lead to rejected transactions, account restrictions and reporting where required by law.

4. Deposits, balances and payment ownership

Deposits must come from a method held by the account owner. The cashier controls supported routes, currencies, minimums, maximums and any account-specific conditions. Bank, wallet, card or blockchain providers may impose separate fees and conversion rates. A cryptocurrency transfer is credited according to the asset, network, address and confirmations shown in the cashier. Casinok cannot reverse a transfer sent to an incorrect or incompatible destination.

5. Withdrawals and balance review

Withdrawal requests are subject to available cash balance, completed wagering where applicable, payment-route rules and verification. Raw deposits can carry a one-time play requirement; a deduction may apply when funds are withdrawn without that activity. Crypto limits can reach the equivalent of 20,000 per transaction, 100,000 per week and 250,000 per month in the account’s displayed currency, while fiat ceilings may be lower. 6. Casino game settlement

Each wager is accepted when recorded by the gaming server. The server record is authoritative if a screen freezes, closes or loses connection. Game-specific rules, paytables, RTP information and feature mechanics are available through the game interface. Malfunctions void affected play where the supplier rules require it. Deliberate error exploitation, collusion, automation or manipulation is prohibited.

7. Sportsbook rules

Sports bets are settled using the result source and market rules shown for the event. Postponements, abandonments, dead heats, player participation, overtime, cash-out and palpable errors are handled under the relevant market terms. A bet slip is accepted only after confirmation. Displayed odds can move before acceptance; the confirmed ticket controls settlement.

8. Promotions, spins and bonus balances

Every promotion has separate eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering, contribution, maximum bet, expiry and payout rules. The main welcome package can include up to 6,000 and 888 spins across three deposits, commonly with 35x wagering and 30-day validity. A five-times bonus cashout ceiling can apply. Requesting a withdrawal or cancelling the reward can remove active bonus funds and connected winnings.

9. Boss Club and promotional status

Boss Club points are calculated from eligible settled wagers, commonly at one point per 100 wagered. Levels, rakeback, spins and milestone rewards can depend on product, currency and activity. Abusive, void, hedged or collusive play does not generate valid status. The account display is the authoritative record of points and claimable rewards.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must not use false documents, another person’s payment method, multiple accounts, coordinated play, bots, location or identity deception, chargeback abuse, money laundering or a known technical error. We may review linked accounts, devices, payments and wagering patterns. Confirmed abuse can result in cancelled bonuses, corrected balances, withheld illicit proceeds, closure and regulatory reporting.

11. Responsible gambling controls

Deposit, wager, loss and session limits, reality checks, cooling-off and self-exclusion are provided to help control play. Attempts to bypass a restriction through another account are prohibited. Self-exclusion requests are applied according to their stated scope and duration.

12. Complaints, records and governing framework

Submit a complaint to [email protected] with the account email, date, amount, ticket or transaction identifier and requested resolution. 13. Changes and termination

We may update products, rules and these Terms for legal, security, operational or commercial reasons. Material changes take effect according to the notice provided. You may close the account after settling valid obligations. Rights concerning fraud, payments, records, disputes and mandatory retention survive closure where necessary.
